I write this letter to thank you and your employees for the excellent food and wonderful service I received the times I have been to your restaurant. Just recently I visited Oregon and remembered how I enjoyed the last time I had visited Happy Panda, and again I enjoyed my experience - in particular, the Szechuan Beef and Chicken.

I thank the chefs and especially your waitress, Van. She was very courteous to our party, and her smile made us feel welcome. Also the waiter, Kevin, was friendly. Because of the over-all good experience, a member of our group asked me to write a letter of appreciation. So I did. Again, thank you very much.
